Critical regions for awarding Victory points in the game.

The Objectives command assigns "point values" to the defined objectives.

When you gain an objective, you gain that amount as national morale. When you lose an objective, you lose this amount as national morale. The exception is when you gain a capital: you gain the base amount, but the defeated loses the full amount, which is 'value time capital coeff', so here this is not a null-sum game.

In addition to changing national morale upon gain or capture, the objectives are split in 3 categories:

Value 1-2 is objective class 1, it gives in addition 1 VP per turn.
Value 3-5 is objective class 2, it gives in addition 2 VP per turn.
Value 6+ is objective class 3, it gives in addition 3 VP per turn.
