ChgColonialPen

Syntax   

ChgColonialPen = <value>

Description

For the currently selected Faction and Region, Changes the value for Colonial Penetration. Needs rulColonialMode set to 1 or higher. 

Note: The resulting value will be adjusted to be 100 or less.
