SetColonialPen

Syntax   

SetColonialPen = <value>

Description

For the currently selected Faction and Region, Sets a new value for Colonial Penetration. Needs rulColonialMode set to 1 or higher. 

Also supported, alternate syntax:  ColonialPen = <value>
