Syntax   

SetFormedCmdMax = NbCorpsStacks|NbArmiesStacks

Description

Sets the Maximum number of Corps and Army Groups for the selected faction.

Use 9999 for unrestricted quantity (thus limited by available Army HQ and/or high rank leaders)
