NotEnemy

Syntax   

NotEnemy = RegionUID

Description

For the currently selected Faction, TRUE if no enemy units are present in the selected Region. The Control of the Region is not considered in the test. 

Note: Many commands also use "NotEnemy" as a modifying parameter, to make scripting simpler

Example   

NotEnemy = $Boston

TRUE if no enemy units are in the Boston region
