Faction Music

Faction Music can be enabled with setting inoFactionMusics = 1 (by default 0) in UserInterface.opt
When on, a music will only be played if the first 3 letters of the music name correspond to the FactionTag. You can use CMN in your filename for a music that can be played by all nations.
In addition, if the country is at war, the music will only be played if the letters in position 5 to 7 in the music name correspond are 'WAR'. If the country is at peace, the letters must be 'PCE'. If the music can be played at anytime, use 'ALL'.

An USA War music only
USA_WAR_mymusic
a French music, playable all time
FRA_ALL_mymusic
a common music, in peace only
