Faction Alias

Factions aliases are not needed (ie $USA can be replaced directly by USA). For factions only, the Script Engine is checking in all possible factions what is the faction corresponding to the faction tag. This is the reason why you will see faction tags listed without the $ sign in all scenario scripts. 

Each Faction must have a unique FactionTag in the defining file.
