Syntax EvalColPen = <RgnUID>;<Operator>;<Value>[;ExcludeFac] Description Evaluate colonial penetration in a given region. If the current faction tag is CMN, then this will be a global test, otherwise this will be for the faction in selection. If there is a faction to exclude from the test, the 4th parameter can be used. Example EvalColPen = $Congo; > ; 50 ; BEL This example supposes you have used the CMN tag before. In this case, the test will be ok if no faction has more than 50 CP in region Congo, excluding Belgium. EvalColPen = $Algeria; <= ; 25 This example supposes you have used the FRA tag before. In this case, the test will be ok if France have at most 25 CP in region Algeria. |
