Description

Set new value of the intrinsic production coefficient for a resource. 

Note: Advanced economy games only

Valid Resource Alias

Coeff

New value

Integer >= 0
<;FAC1><;FAC2> ..

Optional list of factions affected. If none listed, only currently selected Faction is affected.
