EvalHasCapital

Syntax   

EvalHasCapital = [NOT]

Description

Evaluate if the currently selected faction has or hasn't her capital under control. There is no parameter for the regular test, and NOT if the test is reversed. Supports Registry calculations, 1 will be added in the registry is the result is true.

Optional parameter to reverse the result.
