SetSOIVals

Syntax  

SetSOIVals = FacTag;Area1;Val1;Area2;Val2.. 

        OR 

SetSOIs = Area1;Val1;Area2;Val2..

Description

Set the Sphere of Influence value for a certain number of areas, for a given faction. If there is no faction tag specified, then the current faction will be the one used, otherwise the script engine will use FacTag (this use won't change the current faction selector by the way). There are two syntaxes because CSVSplitter is capable in one pass to convert the SOIs.xls spreadsheet into valid commands

SetSOIVals = FRA|$Colony_Greenland|-5|$Colony_Morroco|3|$Colony_Algeria|5|$Colony_Tunisia|4
