Supply Decay Protection Attribute

The attribute to use is *SupplyDecayProtect* with a value. The value is the ‘protect chance’, i.e if 75%, then any supply that should decay have a 75% of not decaying. Attributes can’t be restricted to anything though, they always work ‘absolute’, so they will work for all terrains.

Example: 

*SupplyDecayProtect|25*
 = 25% protection against Supply Decay for the Element
