Strategic Cities

A region that has been specified in a scenario setup or in an event to generate VP.
Not to be confused with an Objective.
One of a player’s main goals is to control Objective and Strategic cities in order to generate Victory Points or trigger an Automatic Victory per the scenario being played.
A list of the scenario's Strategic Cities may be viewed in the game ledger.
Usually, the region contains a city, but this is not required. However, a structure of some type in the region is recommended for clarity.
