Description Change the Militancy % in a region (Advanced Social Mode Only). Example ChgPopMilitancy = 10 The Militancy gains +10. ChgPopMilitancy = 50|10|0|0|0|-20 For a region having a Social Classes repartition of: No Servile, 30% of peasants, 65 % of workers, 5% of aristocrats.
