AI Pool Ratios

AACW: The percentage of each [[family]] of [[replacements]] that the AI will attempt to obtain.

For games where recruitment is at the region level (ROP, VGN), this is a bias for a particular Unit Definition UID. in percentage.

Overall, the AI will pick a particular unit because of these parameters:

1. An implicit and dynamic built in bias, depending of the current force pool available. Example, if there are 20 militias in the FP and only 4 gunboats, then overall militia chances to be picked will be 20/24. Implicit because it is by setting the FP that you create the bias. Dynamic because when units are bought or destroyed, it automatically changes the values.

2. An explicit, at the unit level, bias, coming from AI.SetPoolRatio (and equivalent AI.ChgPoolRatio). This is a bias, in percentage, per Unit UID (except in AACW where the whole algorithm is different and is using families). Setting Militia unit UID #323 at 200 means that the chance are x2.
